There has been no shortage of music from Slushii as of late with an impressive string of releases that include “Catch Me,” his collaboration with Marshmello, “Twinbow” and a handful of remixes that further prove why he continues to be the hottest name in the game. Not to mention, there is also a debut album in the works.
The New Jersey native has decided to flex his vocal chords once again in his latest original, “Step By Step” for what is a truly refreshing addition to his already impressive discography. Built around a vibrant sound design, “Step By Step” is a playful melodic dubstep tune that is reminiscent of the early stages of his career when he went by the name DJ Swoon.
Don’t let his light-hearted vocals fool you, there is nothing heartfelt about the barrage of bass that follows.
