Steinberg released the latest version of its music production software, Cubase 10. Three versions are available— Cubase Pro 10, Cubase Artist 10 and Cubase Elements 10—all of which feature a refined audio engine that now supports 32-bit integer and 64-bit floating-point audio for recording, importing/exporting and converting. Cubase 10 comes with 5 GB of additional sounds and loops that cover a variety of genres. Both the Pro and Artist editions include Distroyer, an effects processor that “infuses asymmetric distortion,” according to the company.
