Always one to bring the funk, A-Trak is back with a brand new jam teaming up with Ferreck Dawn to bring us their soulful debut collaboration, “Coming Home.”
Fresh off the triumphant return of Duck Sauce with the release of “Smiley Face,” this collaborative effort came to fruition following Ferreck Dawn calling on A-Trak for remix duties on his summer hit, “In Arms.”
“I remixed ‘In Arms’ last year and was really fascinated by that track. Like, how did these guys get that crazy low end? I think half the fun of linking up with a producer for a collab is just exchanging tricks and seeing how we each work. It was a fun session and I think you can hear that excitement in this song,” A-Trak explains.
Serving as shimming, light-hearted beauty, “Coming Home” comes as an enchanting house gem driven an infectious vocal hook that radiates a euphoric and care-free aura throughout.
