With his recent original “Make Me Feel” still setting speakers ablaze, John Summit has joined forces with Parachute Youth for a new edit of the classic single “Can’t Get Better Than This.”
Pumping new life into the track that was originally released almost a decade ago, “Better Than This” has now received a modern-day makeover coming fully equipped with crisp claps, energetic hi-hats and a thumping bassline that complement the captivating vocal offering seamlessly.
John Summit shares “I’ve been a huge fan of Sweat It Out for years so when they reached out to me about working with Australian-based Parachute Youth it was a no-brainer! The combination of their smooth vocals and synth work along with my house music sound clicked instantly.”
Speaking to his excitement on the new collaboration, John from Parachute Youth shares, “To see the song that started my music career come out again after its first release a decade ago, is truly exciting and can’t wait to see where it goes a second time around!”. Mat adds “This track means just as much to Johnny and I as the day it was first played on triple j here in Oz, ‘Can’t Get Better Than This’ and subsequent releases gave us a touring career and fans worldwide who still message us to this day.”
