Native Instruments has officially launched its Stems multi-track format with releases from top artists and labels, but now fans can begin creating their own files with the public beta Stem Creator Tool.
By using the beta, DJs and producers simply have to prepare four different musical elements of a track—vocals, drums, synths, bass, etc.—and import them into the program. Users will then adjust the compression and hit export to create a high-quality stem.mp4 file that’s ready to be used in Traktor.
