After closing out the year with “I Don’t Need You” alongside We Are Loud, Ferry Corsten has officially unveiled his first single of 2021 coming in the form of “High On You” featuring the vocal talent of Maria Marcus.
Serving as another uplifting addition to his lengthy discography, his newest production is a breaky, garage-tinged gem driven by exquisite strings and piano motifs.
On ‘High On You’, Ferry said: “I’m very excited about this release because it is way out of my comfort zone. I’ve always been a big fan of the mid 90’s UK breaks sound. Combining that with the beauty of orchestral instruments is a very fresh take on music for me. It was an absolute pleasure to work with Maria on this song. The way she builds the track towards the end with all the various harmonies and layers is just incredible.”
