Playa del Carmen will be filled with the untz untz untz once again next year, as The BPM Festival will return for 10 beat-filled dates in 2017.
Confirmed today, The BPM Festival’s 2017 installment will take place from January 6-15, during which it will celebrate its tenth anniversary. Once again promising more than a week’s worth of music, parties, and more, the 10th installment aims to be bigger than ever (with the 2016 fest featuring over 430 artists, 80 showcases, and thousands of attendees).
To commemorate next year’s milestone event, Handlebar Films will release a trailer for the first ever full-length documentary on the event titled. The documentary—titled Dancing In Paradise—will delve into the history of The BPM Festival to explore its beginnings, key players, and impact on the city of Play del Carmen.
