After canceling last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Bonnaroo has been forced to call off the festival for the second year in a row due to flooding from heavy rains during Hurricane Ida. The annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival was set to take place this weekend in Manchester, Tennessee.

“We are absolutely heartbroken to announce that we must cancel Bonnaroo,” Bonnaroo shared on its website. “While this weekend’s weather looks outstanding, currently Centeroo is waterlogged in many areas, the ground is incredibly saturated on our tollbooth paths, and the campgrounds are flooded to the point that … we are unable to drive in or park vehicles safely.”
